Background
Michael's wide-ranging design background has seen him working either independently within a design department or in a lead design capacity. His experience includes:
- Senior Designer at Immersive for over 5 years
- In-house designer at ekit, Lonely Planet, and RMIT-OMP
- Online designer within the advertising industry at Singleton Ogilvy Interactive and Fluid Interactive
- Designer within the Online Department at The Herald and Weekly Times
- Sessional Lecturer in both Electronic Design and Web Design at Monash University, Department of Art & Design, Faculty of Multimedia and Digital Arts
In 2007 I was awarded the Deans Award for Excellence for my role as a Sessional Lecturer in Electronic Design and Web Design within the Faculty of Multimedia and Digital Arts.
